Directions:

Stamp the cranes with resist ink on the glossy paper. When dry, brayer Kaleidacolor ink over all. Overstamp, just barely off the resist image, with blue and black Brilliance inks so it looks like a shadow. Tear out and set aside.

On the neon papers, stamp the background squares with resist ink and overstamp with the circle cranes in blue ink. Cut into pieces, crimp at different angles and randomly glue to the white square card base.

Stamp the circle cranes onto punched out circles of neon colors. Cover with Paper effects (or similar product) and set aside to dry.

Assemble as shown.
