Sandra

Just a few lines to tell you about myself. I am an artist, designer, instructor. I work in all mediums. I especially love watercolor, mixed media and collage. I sign my work, ardnas which is Sandra spelled backwards.

I have been married to Mark since 1986. We both have two children by previous marriages. Our children are grown and living on their own so, now we have the house to ourselves and Gordon (spoiled long hair daschound). We got a diesel truck and a Cardinal Fifth Wheel to travel part of the year.

When we are not on the road, I enjoy being at home in my studio. I also love to read and keep a flower garden. The things I am interested in are numerous and I love trying new ideas. For the last several years I have been making Artist Trading Cards, known as ATCs.

Raytown, Missouri is located east of Kansas City, west of Lee’s Summit, southwest of Independence and northeast of Grandview. At one time there were definite city lines, but it is now all merged and hard to tell which city is which if you are just driving around and new in the area.

Sally Lewis and I have been producing Qwikart Art Stamps since 1999. We sell un-mounted images (individually or by the theme sheet). Currently there are 184 different theme sheets and approximately 2800 individual images. When our schedules permit we travel to rubber stamp conventions that are within a couple days drive from Kansas City. We love to shop our way there and back!
